After watching Spectre, i was compelled to watch Inglourious Basterds yet again. It became clear to me, that this film was clearly peak Christoph Waltz. His acting was and is still unmet. There is no novelty in a german (or in this case austrian) actor to play a Nazi, but or because of this Waltz excels in it. It is a pity that he seemingly rests on this performance, because i didn’t saw any new after that, only a reprise of what he played in Inglourious Basterds. His role of Hans Oberhauser in Spectre has the same characteristics of a Hans Landa. I hope that in future films he would show other aspects of his acting.
